J2EE Application Architect Responsibilities: Client is looking for a lead J2EE application architect with extensive background in Web Services including Web Services Description Language and SOAP. Provides guidance to various technical groups within this large IT department. Analyzes new standards, reviews budgets, trains other team members and performs high level support of all J2EE applications. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, math, engineering or equivalent; and more than seven years related experience in a Java / J2EE development environment. Experience with Web Services, portlets and development of applications to be compliant with JSR168. For more information about this
