everything goes well with the phone screen, we invite the candidate to
our office to meet them face-to-face. We get
to know candidates. We
get to know them personally. We
find out about their philosophies of working.
Do they love to work or is it just a job? Interviews
usually last 60 to 90 minutes. We
talk about technology, working in teams, dealing with the boss and
personal topics. We ask
why they’re leaving their current job.
We look at professionalism, mannerisms and communication
skills.
